The company provides the following services and consultancy as a
consultant to the owner company in dealing with the project from the start,
construction and all the parties in the hotel project (technical support phase)
in a scientific and systematic framework that complies with all the
requirements of the hotel activity and its international standards through
general methodology and accepted standards And agreed upon, which are
summarized below are elements of the company to do
1.1 Technical services for the first
phase
- Advice to the owner if he is asked to appoint consultants specialized in
building hotels according to the operating system.
- Advice and comment on the general themes and concepts related to the interior
design of the hotel as well as the design of rooms and suites, service areas,
public areas, swimming pools, restaurants, halls, public stores, health club,
refrigerators and administrative offices in accordance with the requirements of

- Provide advice and opinion on the cost and budget of the project.

1.2 Technical services during the
period of construction, finishes and equipment
After the approval of the owner and the engineering consultant office by
the owner on the engineering, architectural, electromechanical engineering and
construction company starts technical support phase with consultants and
contractors, as well as provide consultants and contractors with all necessary
information related to local building codes and standards and requirements as
follows:
· Review and comment on plans
and quality standards for materials used by consultants and contractors.
· Review and comment on the

· Provide design for all

1-3 Furniture, equipment and operating
equipment
