The company
provides the following services and consultancy as a consultant to the owner company
in dealing with the management company and all the parties assigned to the
hotel project in a scientific and systematic framework that complies with all
the requirements of the hotel activity and its international standards through
the general methodology and standards recognized and agreed upon in most
policies and conditions International hotel management companies through the
integration of the best stated in those policies and standards to come out with
the best elements through which to reach the hotel to the best level of the
world is appropriate for it, the company during the pre-opening many N jobs and
tasks which are summarized as follows from the elements of the company
entrusted to do: -
1) The company reviews the management contract signed between the owner of the
hotel and the management company to find out all the obligations of the
management company towards the owner company to activate it and reach the
maximum benefit that can be achieved through it for the owner company with a
statement of the obligations of the owner company towards the management
company for follow-up and verification, It is consistent with what is
recognized as a hotel and at the level of all international management
companies through periodic reports to the owners of the company.
2) Discussing and reviewing the marketing and sales plan prepared by the
management company in all its elements, preparing a detailed report and
discussing it with the management company in order to ensure the flow of guests
with the opening of the hotel and verifying the effectiveness of the plan and
comparing it to the current market reality through comparative studies of the
competing hotels. Through the request of periodic reports from the Department
of Marketing and Sales of the management company to clarify what has been
achieved from the objectives of the subject and the remaining goals will be
working to achieve and ensure that they are compatible with the data and
changes in the tourist market in Egypt.
3) Discuss and review the average wages and benefits in kind provided to the
hotel staff and compare them with the actual averages found in the surrounding
hotels of the same level through comparative studies of wages, salaries and
benefits in kind in those hotels and ensure that there is no exaggeration in
wages paid to employees and their compatibility with those averages and their
suitability Salaries to the previous level and experience of the incumbents of
those posts.
4) Discussing and reviewing the administrative and organizational structure
established by the management company and making sure that it conforms to the
requirements of the hotel management and does not exaggerate in terms of number
or the existence of overlap of competencies and ensure the existence of the
appropriate and necessary number for each job without the presence of redundant
labor without a reason which will lead to an increase in The cost and
bottlenecks of those numbers are hampered and run.
5) Review and discuss the estimated budget submitted by the management company
in respect of pre-opening expenses required through the detailed study of each
of the items contained therein through the study of its components and to
ascertain the need for each of those expenses, taking into account something
important and the need to meet with the timing Such a need must be taken into
account:
• Checking and reviewing the plans to start the appointments of the hotel and
the required numbers of the labor as this is one of the most important and
largest elements of the large cost borne by the owner without any return and
therefore must be checked in these plans where it must be taken into account
that the preparation of the appointment set with the requirements of each stage
where Each stage differs from the other in terms of quantity, quality and
quality of employment.
• The costs of the training programs and the expenses of recruitment and the
bringing of foreigners and the extent of guarantees taken on such employment in
case they wish to move to other hotels and leave the hotel, despite bearing all
the training expenses and fees brought from their country, which are of great
value borne by the owner.
• Expenditures for the management of marketing and sales of exhibitions,
foreign travel costs, stays, gifts, compliments and other expenses related to
that administration, and to ascertain their conformity with the plans set by
the management company and submitted to the owner company and the extent of
achieving the objectives of the contracts with international tourism companies
and marketing the hotel and measuring what Check goals with what is assumed in
relation to the cost of each stage.
• For all and the rest of the pre-opening expenses, they are reviewed and
studied according to the actual needs of each stage and are estimated according
to the accepted standards and hotels.
6) Review and discuss all the items included in the estimated budget of the
operating capital provided by the management company in accordance with the
rules and standards recognized by the hotel in terms of measurement of the
actual need for operation of the items contained therein and discuss those
items on scientific basis and consistent and in accordance with the American
accounting system approved for hotels and agreed upon, Through all American
Management System companies.
7) Discuss the budget provided by the management company for the first years of
operation in order to ensure the hotel achieve the objectives and profits
expected from it through a discussion and careful follow-up of these budgets
with the management company and ensure the plans to achieve those balances
through the alignment of the marketing and sales plan With these balances in
addition to reviewing the costs and expenses and assumptions on which it was
built and discussed to ensure the efficiency and expression of those data from
the closest picture of the investigation, through indicators and benchmarks are
calculated through them.
8) Direct daily follow-up with the management company through correspondence
and periodic meetings to discuss any items or matters required by the owner's
opinion in order to avoid any obstacles hindering the opening to ensure the
opening is appropriate for the hotel and achieve success.
