Work Process to asses evaluate and review Operational Works
The Company provides a new type of services at the level of Hotel
Sector, this is done through our integrated various academic and practical
experienced team throughout many years, based on this the Company provides an
integrated service for the directing company
that helps it to be aware, familiar and has a complete follow-up of what is going on in the Operations of the
Hotel and providing assessment of the
performance of the management and how they are committed to the goals set that
achieves the ambitions of the Directing Company. This is done through basis or foundations
and standards that match with the
International Quality Control Standards for all the activities and aspects of
operations in the Hotel and this is present in the framework of the direct control and
follow-up done daily on every department
in the hotel ( Finance Department- Food and Beverage Department- Engineering
Department- Rooms & reception Department- Human Resources Department-
Security……..etc.) this is done through tracking the performance of the in charge ones for these departments
according to the specific standards of each of them which contributes in maintaining
the insuring of the hotel achievement of its goals and the assets of the Hotel
therefore we would like to point out some data and basis “foundations” and
standards that are reliable:-
· The examination
of the Financial Department’s documents is done through the American Uniform
System approved and agreed by all Hotels which is applied by all Global
managing companies.
· Considering the Human Resources Department, the review on it is
done according to the Egyptian Labor Law and the requirements of the Insurance
Authority and the Office of Social Work.
· Reviewing the system used in applying the requirements of the
industrial safety and professional health and safety done through the laws and
regulations set by the Arab Republic of Egypt.
· The special reviewing of all operation sections (reception
department, internal supervision and food and beverage) done according to the systems
and foundations of the Hotels to the Hotels of same level that the Global
management companies apply them.
· Security Management is reviewed in accordance with the agreed hotel
work and entrusted with the implementation in terms of the security plans of
all its kinds and the effectiveness of security and the distribution points
over the hotels and how useful it is.
· The Kitchen Area is reviewed according to the agreed standards of
health and hygiene by the committees of the Egyptian Health and Hygiene requirements
of the corporate world tourism.
· The Engineering Department is reviewed by specialized technicians engineers
in the Hotel Sector who are qualified and have extended experiences in this
sector, added to this their commitment to standards and fixed depreciation
accepted in the Hotels.
Marketing and Sales Department:
· Discussing and reviewing the marketing and sales plan that is prepared by all elements in the administration. A detailed report is prepared and discussed in details with the management and verification of the effectiveness of this plan and comparing it to the reality of the current market through comparative studies of the competitive hotels. It is followed- up periodically.
· Request
for periodic reports from the marketing and sales department clarifying what
was achieved from the goals that were set. What was not achieved yet, they will
be worked out and made sure that they are consistent with the data and with the
changes in the tourism market of the Egyptian Market.
Expenses
of the Marketing and Sales department considering the trade shows, costs of
travel, outdoor stays, gifts and favors and other expenses that are related to
this department and making sure of their compliance and conformity with the plans
set by the management and submitted to the owning Company and how to achieve
the objectives set in contracts with global travel agencies and marketing to
the hotel. And measurement of goal achievement with what is assumed relative to
the cost of each phase.
